What is the Market Intelligence Access fee?
It is a one-time payment that opens the full project database to your account, charged once when you
subscribe on a monthly plan. Building and normalising that database — technical reports, filings and
disclosures turned into comparable figures — is the expensive part of what we do, and the fee covers
it up front instead of hiding it in a higher monthly rate.
Annual plans do not pay it at all — the yearly price is flat, which is
why it works out cheaper than twelve months plus the fee.
What does "price locked for 24 months" mean?
The rate you sign up at is the rate you pay for the next 24 months, as long as your subscription stays
active. When that period ends you move to the price in force at that time, permanently discounted by
30% for having been an early subscriber — and we write to you 60 days before, never after. The lock
follows the subscription, not the account: cancel and come back later and you rejoin at the price
in force that day.
What happens when the founding seats run out?
Nothing to anyone who already subscribed — their price is locked. New subscribers move to the next
pricing tier, which is a higher rate. The counter on this page is the real number of memberships
granted, read from our database; it is not a timer that resets when you reload. A seat is not
released when someone cancels: it counts memberships granted, not memberships currently active.
What exactly do I get for free?
More than most platforms give away: the global map with a selection of projects, the basic news
section, the complete Learning hub, and full Market Data — lithium price charts and the stock
dashboard for the main producers. No card, no trial clock. The Free plan is meant to be genuinely
useful, not a locked demo.
What does Pro add?
One thing, and it is the important one: the complete project database on the map. Free shows a
selection; Pro shows every lithium project we track — brine and hard-rock, from early exploration
to production — with no watermark and no hidden markers. If your work involves comparing or
screening projects, this is the plan.
And what does Premium add?
The analysis layer on top of the data: the Analytics page for brine chemistry and benchmarking,
engineering calculation tools, a project explorer with advanced filters and full project sheets
(CAPEX, OPEX, NPV, life of mine), and data export so the figures go straight into your own models.
Premium is for people who need to reach a conclusion, not just look at a map.
Some Premium features say "Coming soon". What am I paying for today?
We label them honestly on purpose. Today Premium gives you everything in Pro plus the Analytics
page. The engineering tools, the project explorer and data export are on the roadmap and are
included at no extra cost the moment they ship — your price does not change. If your decision
depends on a feature that is not live yet, write to us before subscribing.
Monthly or annual — what is the difference?
The annual plan is a single flat payment with no Market Intelligence Access fee, which is what makes
it cheaper.
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time; annual plans run for the twelve months you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes.
14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. Write to us within 14 days of
your purchase and we refund everything you paid — the subscription and the Market Intelligence
Access fee. You do not need to explain why. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of
record, so the money goes back to the card you used. The full text is on our
Refund Policy page.
I could find this information myself. Why pay for it?
You can — and that is exactly the problem. The data lives scattered across technical reports,
press releases, investor decks and government filings, in different units and different languages.
Rebuilding that picture takes days of work every time. LithiumOPS keeps it normalised, comparable
and one click away, so your time goes into analysis instead of data hunting.
Where does the data come from and how often is it updated?
Every figure is compiled from public sources — technical reports, company disclosures, regulatory
filings and official statistics — and reviewed before it reaches the map. Free plans see quarterly
refreshes, Pro receives monthly updates, and Premium subscribers get priority refreshes as
projects advance.
I only work in one country. Is a global platform worth it?
Especially then. Costs, grades and process choices only mean something when you compare them
against what the rest of the world is doing. Benchmarking your project against every comparable
operation worldwide is the fastest way to know whether your numbers hold up.
Can I use the data in my own reports and presentations?
Yes. Pro allows use in internal and client-facing work with attribution to LithiumOPS. Premium
includes commercial use plus data export, so you can drop the figures straight into your models
and decks.
Which plan should I start with?
Start on Free — it already covers Learning, news and market data. Move to Pro the day you need the
full project map, and to Premium when you need the analysis layer: analytics, engineering tools
and detailed project economics.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from your account page. If you cancel, you
keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer team or enterprise access?
Team seats, custom datasets and API access are on the roadmap. If your organisation needs several
users or a specific data cut, get in touch and we will work out the right setup.
